I have recently worked with Oisin and his colleague Courtney with regard to a number of old pensions I had linked to different previous jobs. They were extremely helpful and very responsive to all of my questions. I got almost immediate feedback for all of my queries. The length of time it took to get lump sum payments was much quicker than expected. The same is true for how long it took them to set up my retirement bonds/ARFs.
